Disclaimer

Hey there! Welcome to 100 Day UX. Before you dive in, we want to be upfront about a few things. The info you’ll find on our site is meant to be helpful, but it's mostly for general education and inspiration. By sticking around, you agree to what’s laid out here. If you’re not cool with that, feel free to head out.

Last Updated: September 6th, 2024

1. Educational Purpose

Everything on 100 Day UX—from the articles to the videos—is designed to help you learn about UX/UI design. We do our best to keep things accurate, but we’re not giving you professional advice here. If you want to get officially certified or trained, you'll still need to pursue formal education or certifications beyond our content.

2. No Guarantees of Results

Our mission is to guide you towards becoming a product designer in 100 days. But, let’s be real: everyone’s journey is different. Your success depends on various factors, like your current skills, dedication, and even the job market. We can’t promise specific outcomes like getting a job or hitting a certain income—your results are ultimately up to you.

3. No Professional Relationship

By using 100 Day UX, you're agreeing that we're not establishing any kind of formal professional relationship. There’s no client-coach or mentor-mentee arrangement here—it’s purely educational. While we’re pumped to help you learn, our content isn’t personalized advice or service.

4. Paid Content

Some of our resources, like premium video lessons, come with a price tag. Just a heads-up: they’re sold as-is. We believe in their value, but we can’t make any guarantees about how effective they’ll be for you. All sales are final unless we specifically mention otherwise in our refund policy.

5. External Links and Third-Party Content

You might see links to other websites or resources on 100 Day UX. These are meant to give you additional info or show you things we find interesting. But keep in mind, we’re not endorsing or controlling those sites. If you choose to click through and explore, it’s totally at your own risk.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

We may occasionally participate in affiliate marketing programs. That means if you click on a link from our site and buy something, we could earn a commission. Rest assured, we always aim to give honest recommendations—these affiliate deals don’t influence our opinions or content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Here’s the legal stuff: 100 Day UX, its creators (including Precious Olawuyi), aren’t responsible for any damages or losses that come from using our site. That includes direct, indirect, incidental, or even consequential damages. In short: use our content at your own risk.

8. Content Accuracy

We do our best to make sure everything you see on the site is accurate and up-to-date. But, we’re only human, and things can change quickly. We reserve the right to fix any mistakes or update info as needed.

9. Changes to the Disclaimer

We may tweak this Disclaimer from time to time. If that happens, we’ll post the changes here. It’s your responsibility to check back and review any updates. If you keep using the site after we’ve made changes, you’re agreeing to the updated terms.
